A story from the Ou Raadsaal
Inside Pretoria’s historic Ou Raadsaal, an unusual light became the subject of a memorable guest account.

The account
The original story described a faint green-blue light observed in a darkened side chamber of the Ou Raadsaal, Paul Kruger’s parliament. Guest Anna Groenewald reported seeing it move in an archway with other tour guests. The original caption says an infrared camera was used to capture the photograph.
The tour account interpreted the light and messages from a cellphone app as an interactive ghost. That is an interpretation of the reported experience, rather than an established explanation. This archived image cannot confirm the cause, and no similar sighting is guaranteed on a tour.
