Frequently asked questions

Good questions. Clear answers.

The practical details, so you can enjoy the mysterious ones.

How do public bookings work?

Choose an event on our dates & tickets page, then follow its Quicket link to see live availability and pay. Your Quicket event and ticket confirm the event-specific arrangements.

Do we travel by bus or in our own cars?

Public Ghost Tours and Murder & Crime Tours use a guided convoy: you drive your own vehicle and follow the host between stops. A sober driver is essential. Private bus experiences are separately arranged and priced; do not assume bus transport is included in a public ticket.

What should I bring?

For outdoor tours, wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a torch, warm clothing and an umbrella. For a sleep-over, bring your own mattress, bedding and food as specified on the event. Follow the production page and ticket instructions.

Are children welcome?

These experiences are aimed at adults; ages 6 and up are welcome. Parents should consider the stories, darkness and surprise effects. Contact us before booking if you are unsure.

What if I have mobility or access requirements?

Some locations have stairs, uneven ground and limited wheelchair access. Contact us before booking so we can discuss the chosen experience and current venue access.

Can our group have a private experience?

Yes. Private minimum payments and maximum group sizes differ by production. See private & corporate groups or contact Mark with your preferred city, date and number of guests.

Will we definitely see a ghost?

No encounter is promised. The productions combine stories, folklore, theatrical entertainment and demonstrations. Guest accounts reflect their individual experiences and are not guarantees of what you will experience.

What happens if it rains?

Outdoor productions generally operate in rain. Bring an umbrella and warm clothing, and check messages from the organiser for event-specific updates.

Can I cancel or change my ticket?

Read the organiser’s existing terms & conditions before paying, together with the terms shown on your event listing. Contact Mark directly about a specific booking.

Are food and drinks included?

Dinner shows include the advertised three-course meal; drinks and accommodation are separate. Tour meals and refreshments are generally extra. Sleep-over guests bring their own food and bedding; drinks are bought at the venue. Check the specific event before booking.

What language are the productions in?

All productions are presented in English.

Where should we meet?

Use the meeting point and arrival instructions on your specific event ticket. Route descriptions give a flavour of the cities; stops and access can change.
