What to expect

Our tours bring together local ghost stories, reported cases, history and architecture, demonstrations exploring paranormal claims, cellphone ghost-hunting apps and a theatrical visual finale. Your host shares stories at the main stops, with time both inside and outside your vehicle.

Choose Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Cape Town, Parys, Cullinan, Heidelberg in Gauteng or Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). Johannesburg has two different routes to explore.

Public car convoy

Prices vary by city and date

Bring your own car and join a host-led convoy, known as a “Jaunt”. Book for one person or bring friends. A passenger can read the supplied short stories between the main stops.

The current booking page offers a discount when buying six or more tickets. See the ticket listing for the applicable offer, date and starting point.

Car convoy: R399 per person
Bus: R549 per person

Plan a birthday, team outing, client evening, club get-together, bachelor or bachelorette celebration, or year-end event. Group minimum charges apply.

Plan your visit

Ages: the production is aimed mainly at adults; guests aged six and older are welcome.
Bring: a torch and camera, or your phone; flat walking shoes; an umbrella; and money for the pub stop. A picnic basket of snacks and drinks is welcome on the convoy.
Food: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Cullinan have eating and drinking options at their starting points. For other cities, eat beforehand or bring refreshments.
Where and when: use your ticket for the confirmed meeting point, date and time. Venue access and the itinerary may vary by event.

Private groups

Car convoy

Minimum charge: 10 guests. Maximum: 100 guests. A smaller party may book privately by paying for 10, or join a public tour without a group minimum.

Bus options

20 seats: minimum charge for 15 guests.
34 seats: minimum charge for 21 guests.
57 seats: minimum charge for 35 guests.

Confirm your city and bus availability when enquiring. If your party is below the relevant minimum, the minimum charge still applies.
